How I Work

As a therapist working with individuals on the autism spectrum, my approach is grounded in recognizing and amplifying their inherent strengths and unique qualities. I believe in fostering an environment that values neurodiversity and celebrates the distinctive attributes that each individual brings to the therapeutic relationship. By focusing on their strengths, such as attention to detail, logical thinking, creativity, and dedication, I aim to create a collaborative and empowering space where clients can explore their potential. My therapeutic interventions are tailored to not only address challenges but also to capitalize on their strengths, allowing them to flourish in their own way. Together, we work towards enhancing resilience, building coping strategies, and fostering a sense of empowerment that extends beyond the therapy room. Through this strengths-based approach, I aim to support individuals on the autism spectrum in navigating the complexities of life while embracing and leveraging their unique qualities for personal growth and fulfillment.

I Work Collaboratively

I am dedicated to providing comprehensive and holistic care for my clients, and I firmly believe in the power of collaboration. Recognizing the interconnected nature of mental and physical well-being, I actively engage in collaborative efforts with other health providers to ensure that my clients receive the most effective and well-rounded support. By working closely with physicians, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals, I strive to integrate mental health considerations into the broader context of my clients' well-being.
